“Great place to stay when travelling”
We stayed there 3 nights in August 2018. The hotel is well situated, close to SS3, yet very quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is included in the price which is nice. Overall a very good choice if you're visiting the area.

My wife & I had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Arca. The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts & dinner that we ate were excellent & the room was very adequate. My wife & I had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Arca. The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts & dinner that we ate were excellent & the room was very adequate. We arrived by train & it was quite a walk from the railway station. Also, from the hotel, it was quite a long walk into the old town. Neither of these last two points bothered us. We realise that the hotel is situated primarily to serve motorists (which we were not). However, if the hotel would arrange for the pavement along Via Flaminia to be extended for a further 30 yards & for one particular bush / tree to be cut back that occurs along those 30 yards of that section of road, it would have made our stay at the hotel nearly perfect.

We needed a quick and convenient hotel for an overnight visit to a medical facility outside the historic section of Spoleto. This hotel was perfect for our purposes. It met our criteria being clean, very reasonably priced and it has on-site parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not charming but it is convenient to the autostrada if you're making a quick visit to Spoleto. They serve a typical Italian breakfast which is included in the price.
