“Excellent time with my family in the Italian hotel”

Excellent tie spent with my son. Very good hotel wit awesome staff and Manager Davide. The food was amazing and we were take care like a family. The spa area excellent thing after ski. Great evenings with Italian music. I highly recommend it♥️

This is my sixth year visiting this hotel, and every time, I’m absolutely amazed! The staff here don’t just take care of guests – they make dreams come true! Before you even think of something, they’ve already taken care of it. Always smiling, full of positive energy, and ready to make your stay truly unforgettable. The food is out of this world! Every day brings something new to try, and every dish tastes as if the chef made it just for you. After a full day on the slopes, it’s an absolute feast. Speaking of skiing – there’s no better place for winter sports lovers! Just put on your skis and glide straight down to the Belvedere ski station. No carrying equipment, no hassle, just pure fun. And after an exciting day on the slopes? Relaxing in the pool and spa is the perfect way to unwind. This place has everything you need for the perfect winter holiday. Once you visit, you’ll want to come back every year – just like I do! Definitely a 5-star experience and a must-visit!

“Weeks family skiing in Italy”

We stayed here for a week over uk school half term. Two adults and two children. A few points all very good overall Location - great for ski in and out and lift close by usually quiet so not much wait. Also a local shuttle bus which is free down and back from the lift which runs morning, lunch and early evening. Details in reception Room - for 4 of us a good size. Bathroom quite small but worked. A little dated but clean and storage plenty. International plug adapter essential. No usb chargers yet! Cleaners came in every day and great job all round Restaurant - staff are superb. Very attentive and ensure regular pass through for cleaning up. Good selection of wine. Breakfast and dinner buffet style. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, bread,pastries and cooked eggs bacon sausage etc. coffee stunning as you would expect in Italy. Dinner again very good. Always a choice of pasta,meats, fish with potatoes and veg. Deserts traditional but lovely and fresh fruit like apple, pears, plums and kiwis. Tends to be busy when first opens so we found going down at 745am and 745pm we had missed the rush and never had issue with food running out Facilities - nice pool swim caps required which you can buy for 3 euros. Small gym with bike, treadmill and cross trainer along with lots of weights if that’s you thing. Ski hire - hotel does have ski hire in it so worth considering to make it simple. We had to go down to the village. Our mistake. Transport - at the bottom of the hill (10 min walk) is the main road. There are free bus up and down but only run 3. Or 4 times per day. Reception has timetables. There is also pay service which again runs up and down and has a few more services. Cost around 3 Europe’s each way and no cards accepted. Cash only. Worth a trip to Madonna at the top with some amazing views Hotel staff always very helpful. Nice touch to have the same table in the restaurant all week so you get to know staff like massimo who was great. Personally I am a non skier but a walker. It worked for me. There is not too much for non skiers. Snow shoe walking and dog sledging available. Plenty of local villages to walk around down in the valley with no snow at lower levels. Hope that helps. Would definitely go back again. Only down side is 2 to 3 hour car ride from airport but that is often the way it is.
