“Lovely little hotel - great location”
Really lovely little hotel. Great staff; really friendly and helpful. Brilliant location right in the centre. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Staff were happy to book restaurant reservations and to make great recommendations.

Stayed here in March 2025 and we loved the hotel. A literal stones throw from the arena and 5 minutes walk from Juliet's courtyard/balcony, the rest of the old city is no more than another 10 minutes walk. Down a side street but easy to get to. We booked the suite Dallas as it had a terrace where we planned to sit out and enjoy an Aperol or a glass of Prosecco in the evening. Sadly the weather didn't quite work out as it rained booth evenings. Still. It allowed us to open it and hear the rain and get some fresh air. The room sleeps 3 with plenty of room. Comfortably appointed but not overboard. There is a fridge/mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and for us brits, an all important kettle to make tea. Great shower and plenty of power sockets, even by the bed. All the team are wonderful, not only tolerating my awful attempts at Italian but my British sense of humour, especially about the rain. Every time we went in and out it seemed that Virginia was on the front desk, always with a smile and a kind work, she was a star. We had breakfast included and was a standard continental fayre of pastries, meats and cheese's, fruits along with juice and coffee. Unusually, teapots so you could make a proper brew. There was even an option for a non-dairy cappuccino from the machine. All in all, very impressive. A word of warning though, we went out early before the crowds got about and when we came back at 9.30-ish some items had gone such as croissants, but there was plenty of other options. Plenty of restaurants around, although I'd avoid those on the square by the arena. Touristy and with not great reviews. Next door is Il Bacaro dell'Arena Trattoria Pizzeria. Thoroughly recommended. Either way, you won't starve. If I'm ever in Verona again, I know where I'm staying...

Nice, charming hotel in an unbeatable location just next to the arena though still reasonably quiet. Rooms vary in size and rates though there are suitable solutions for everyone. Staff is excellent - location is the best in Verona as it is just near to the arena. Although the rates are at the upper end for a 3* hotel the overall experience is worth the Euros.

A perfect location for exploring Verona, this place was clean and fresh with very friendly staff. We stayed in the Aria suite which is a few doors up from the main hotel but shared the facilities. The building contains some living accommodation and two Air B & B type studios on the third floor. There is a small elevator and/or stairs. The studio was well appointed, bright and comfortable with plenty of light flowing in . There is an outside balcony but no views really and not much room to sit more than 2 people due to the large air conditioning unit that lives there. There were a couple of negatives. No WiFi was available throughout our stay. The hotel could not fix the problem during our stay. The shower takes a full 10 minutes to warm up and even then is not much more than a trickle so not perfect after a hard day stomping around the city. Finally, our accommodation was not available at the check in time of 2pm so we had to go for a walk for an hour and the coffee etc in the room had not been replenished. We were offered an apology and a discount on breakfast for our inconvenience which we appreciated and so would recommend this hotel but perhaps not the studio’s
