“Great little hotel nestled amongst the others”
Greta little spot, hotel staff were super helpful, the amenities were great and rooms were very spacious. Compared to the Disney hotels it’s great value too. Neat and tidy, and well looked after. We would stay here again I think, which is the biggest promotion we can provide.

We stayed at Hotel Okura whilst visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea and loved our stay here. The room we booked was vast and much bigger than we expected. The beds were huge if a little too firm for our preference. The décor in the room was dated but clean and functional. The bathroom was massive and perfect for our small family. This hotel is PERFECT for visiting Tokyo Disney - we had considered booking the Toy Story Hotel which is next door to the Hotel Okura but are pleased we booked with Okura instead. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the monorail which makes getting to and from the parks easy and quick. The hotel has a small but well-stocked conbini in the lobby and has all the essentials for small children. Additionally, there is a delicatessen located on the ground floor that appears to also double as a restaurant. There were Wagyu Beef dishes for takeout along with use delicious-looking food. There was also a patisserie with very affordable cakes that were lovely. We cannot recommend this hotel more for families visiting Disney parks.

Booked Run of House Room. Requested 4 single beds and so happy this was provided. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). This hotel is conveniently located across Bayside Station which is next stop DisneySea. Can catch the shuttle to the station or easily walkable. The shuttle bus from all the nearby hotels is the same Mickey theme (so cute!). Check in was not supposed to be till 6pm but when arrived at 5 we were allowed to go in our room. There’s a Lawson at next door hotel Hilton (just catch the shuttle bus to the station to there to save walking). The room was spacious and bathroom was the biggest from all the hotels while in Japan. There’s a bathtub and shower which was great. Paid for our airport limousine bus at reception. Plenty of eateries at Maihama Station - we just purchased a 2 day monorail pass which was worth it and also kept as a souvenir. Perfect hotel for our DisneySea day.

“Alright stay for family of 4 going to Disney”

As other reviews mentioned, a dated hotel. But room was large and comfortable. Odd layout: 2 adjacent full beds on opposite sides of the room for our family of four. There was a door in the room that led to a wall. A blind to the bathroom could be lifted and lowered from outside of the bathroom for some reason. Pillowcase had a subtle stain. Bathroom was large and nice, but as the hotel warns you, be careful because the marble floor can be slippery. There was a minifridge. Checkin and room assignment time 3pm, and they wouldn't assign a room earlier - not unexpected, so no problem there. We did 'check in' however at 1pm and left our baggage at the concierge so we could go to Disney. On return in the evening, room was assigned and bags were already delivered. Maybe due to it being New Year's, one of the only options to eat at was their upscale restaurant Fontana - we paid 2200 yen for a plate of spaghetti with ketchup and hot dogs. This is spaghetti napolitana, and it's a real thing - I thought they tried to substitute red sauce and sausage on us, but I was wrong. The next night we walked over to the adjacent Sheraton and had a much better meal at Grand Cafe in the lobby. Staff did not have an idea how to get us to Narita Airport by 7am - a couple different employees said taxis don't run overnight. They suggested the limousine bus but the first departure was at 714am or so. Another suggestion was to walk 30 minutes with our luggage to the Maihama metro station, since the hotel shuttle to the metro wouldn't be running that early. A quick web search yielded a website called Nearme - booked a shuttle for 6am, and they were right on time (cost was 25000 yen). Uber is another option, though I couldn't make a reservation the night before - looks like it was 'on demand' only. The Japanese app 'Go' looked like it could also book an airport shuttle for you. Basically the hotel was convenient to Disney (I preferred a Disney hotel for early entry but they were sold out), room was large and clean and quiet, hotel staff were polite but unhelpful re airport transfer information, and I was able to use some reward points to lower the room cost. I would stay here again in a bind, but not my first choice.
