“Wonderful time in Merida”
Staff is very accommodating and attentive. Hotel was authentic to Merida. One did not feel you could be in anywhere in the world in a generic hotel room. The breakfasts in the restaurant were outstanding as were other meals. Tours arranged were informative and worthwhile.

Greetings to Paulina, Angelica and Katherine for their great support, their kindness, and warm smiles. Thank you for the call to remind us of our hats that we left behind in their Lobby.
