I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, accommodating, and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was having a restaurant and a coffee/wine bar conveniently located inside the hotel. It was such a treat to have great food and drinks just steps away from my room. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the Zocalo and other key sites, which made exploring the area a breeze. The maid service was outstanding, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. My friends stayed at another hotel where they paid double, but they didn’t get half the space I enjoyed here. My room was amazing—spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Thank you for everything! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Situated just a few blocks from the main square this boutique hotel has a delightful courtyard, great food and drinks and a variety of bedrooms of different sizes. We changed rooms to a larger one at no extra cost but perhaps you should check in advance; our original bedroom was claustrophobic, better suited to a single traveller. The breakfast-included options seemed unnecessarily complicated and might require some haggling to get what you want.

Lovely, well located, good value, La Noria is a good choice for Oaxaca. We had a large room with two double beds, Travelling as friends. The room, and the hotel were spotlessly clean, water and coffee provided in the room. Plenty of storeage, a great shower, free parking, a charming courtyard to have melés if you wish, a coffee shop attached, fantastic location - what could be better. This is not a luxury hotel, nor is it a contemporary stylish boutique hotel with granola face masks and massaging plants but it is a comfortable, pleasant, clean and fresh hotel with friendly staff. Super value for money.

Stayed at this hotel just one night... but must come back for sure. Lovely hotel. PROS: location...right at the heart of Oaxaca downtown, close to every historical / touristic site, you can walk from and to anywhere in downtown .. very convenient and safe. Staff super helpful. The building keeps the looks and arquitecture of the original building but with the modern touches to make rooms comfortable. The bathrooms tiles amazing and not disrupting the antique building with their modern feel. Lovely hotel, love the interior decor. I did not had any meal here... so unfortunately cannot comment there, next time :) CONS: since it is at the heart of downtown you will need to plan ahead your transfers to airport, other towns since it will take a while. also, please keep in mind that these buildings have no elevators, no problem for us but worth highlighting.

“Big Beds, Small Rooms”
Pros -close to Zocalo Cons -the courtyard and lobby are nice....but the rooms are a few steps down -smaller rooms with the taking up much of the space -really low water pressure -dangerous town, was robbed
