“3rd stay and we will be back! ”
Very pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The staff was super nice and ready to help at anytime. Their breakfast buffet is amazing as well with lots of options and made to order omelets and chalupas or quesadillas yum! We loved our stay and we will be back.

“Construction Site. Hammering the whole day”
The hotel is in a total renovation phase with a lot of heavy pressure hammering and demolition noise in the 5th floor. You can hear it even from the opposite side of the street! And that’s a highway ! They don’t publish this fact which makes it pretty much unbearable between 9am and 6pm. After that… more
The hotel is in a total renovation phase with a lot of heavy pressure hammering and demolition noise in the 5th floor. You can hear it even from the opposite side of the street! And that’s a highway ! They don’t publish this fact which makes it pretty much unbearable between 9am and 6pm. After that time it’s quite comfy and not noisy. I like the rooms but it’s just too loud. If you need to do some online work during business hours from your room forget about it. I complained and got someextra points. They offered me to cancel but knowing the rest of the hotels in this city I decided just to stay. Puebla in general has pretty AWFUL hotels. I might be coming back next year when it’s been restored. It’s exactly opposite the La Comer supermarket, my favorite store in Mexico. The room was pretty clean, cleaning staff does a good job. The breakfast room is in a makeshift garage atmosphere, it looks like one at least. although it’s more of a cramped repurposed 60 m2 meeting room with like 100 chairs. Very deceiving not to mention the substantial and noisy works on the websites. They told me it was on the Marriott site but not even there I found any mention about this construction. The pool is closed as well.
