Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Very nice. Would recommend it!”
Very friendly staff, beautiful square in the middle with lots of plants, ten minute walk to zocalo, beautiful location .. no complaints whatsoever. No breakfast included, but there are plenty of cosy local places on the way to the centre.

“Average hotel at an affordable price and good location”
The hotel met my needs for a weekend stay. Staff is pleasant, rooms are very basic but clean and nice courtyard when you enter. Rooms on 1st floor can get loud at times with noise from courtyard. “Good location if you understand the pros and cons of this hotel”

I have spent 8 nights at this hotel with college students over the last three years. Additionally I've had colleagues/friends staying here over that time. Here's a list of what I think are the pros and cons. Pros: NOT on the zocalo (very touristy and a bit expensive compared to the rest of Puebla); quiet street only one block east of Paseo Bravo (a nice locals park w/ food and vendors); reasonable price (but see my other comment under "cons"); wifi works acceptably well; easy walking distance to just about any type of food, groceries, etc. you need; ample closed parking; hot water worked every time; good breakfast available most mornings IF you pre-order the night before. Cons: management seems inflexible on deposits and payments (see Christiaan O comment), plan to make a direct bank deposit in lieu of credit card deposit (they won't take a card for deposit); plan to pay each night in advance or morning after in Mexican pesos; minor room maintenance needs to be done (bulbs, door handles, etc), courtyard seems to be a bit noisy; near as I can tell they have limited number of rooms with double beds; no website that I could find (made all our arrangements via phone using fluent Spanish speaking students). Best for active tourists looking for a compromise hotel. Since I frequently travel with college students the extra walking and price savings make a good value. There are numerous local restaurants nearby for all budgets.

This place is good enough if you are only looking for a place to sleep and does not need to stay in the hotel a lot. The good: 1. Good location. You can walk to downtown and its located in an area where I felt safe enough to walk even at night. 2. Price was good. We called the hotel and made the reservation over the phone. We saved a few bucks, not a whole lot but if you are staying for several days, it adds up. 3. Room was decent size 4. Free wi-fi 5. Decent bathroom (good water pressure in my room although warm water took a while to come out.) 6. Helpful and friendly staff The not so good: 1. Room was bland and sort of depressing. Absolutely no character. 2. Bed was really hard and bed sheets were super stiff so it was really uncomfortable to sleep. 3. It was cold during night time and the room did not have a heater. Make sure you bring extra blankets. 4. Our room was next to their parking lot so we could hear people talking/car parking. Try to get a room away from the parking lot as it was very disruptive. 5. Hotel does not have a restaurant so plan to eat elsewhere 6. No shuttle service 7. The safe in our room wasn't working but you can leave your important stuff at the front-desk (I checked in my laptop and they put it in a box without a key so I end up taking it with me). 8. Toilet paper was so stiff/hard (bring your own if you can) 9. Although the hotel is close enough to downtown that you can walk if you want, it is still not as close as other hotels in the area.
