“Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff”
We stayed a week in this hotel, they gave us a triple room even though we booked (and paid for) a double. Even though our room's only window were on the corridor, it was not particularly noisy. We stayed a week in this hotel, they gave us a triple room even though we booked (and paid for) a double. Even though our room's only window were on the corridor, it was not particularly noisy. The beds were really comfortable and the staff very friendly and extremely helpful all the time. The rooms were cleaned scrupulously every day with fresh supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, fruit juice and water (after a few days we actually did not know where to put them anymore...). When we asked for an extra blanket they immediately came up with a big duvet fresh from the laundry, and when we needed a hairdrier they gave us one which we kept in the room all the time we were there. Continental breakfast was included with fresh fruit and yogurt, fresh orange juice, toast and jam and as much coffee as we liked. The hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the parque central, so the streets are quieter. I highly recommend it.

“Just too noisy”
It's clean and cheerful, however they really should either remove the TVs or ensure guests use them with consideration for others. Listening to a soccer game at FULL VOLUME and the accompanying screaming from the room full of people at 10:30pm really isn't acceptable.
