On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“An old hotel.”
This hotel is really near the center of the city of Toluca, but is old and need to fix somethings, for example the security on the doors , and then the toilet is the one that flushes with 20 liter of water, they have to change it for the one that need less water. But the good news are, the breakfast (incluided) are really good. And the personal are very helpful and attentive. Near everything.

“Not the best.”
Old hotel. One reason we stayed here was the location. We could walk to everything. We drove in and it was easy to find. They give you breakfast which was good.. It was not buffet, so that was nice. Some people at the front desk where rude. One girl was very helpful. I don't think anyone speaks Eng… more
