This stay will be unforgettable! We arrived a few hours before check-in but Kenza and crew made sure we were comfortable and wanted for nothing. We were giving the opportunity to use the facilities until our room was ready. So don’t fret if you arrive to the hotel early. Room- Our room was pool view and we could walk from our back patio to the pool. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was the best! It was huge, had to be a California super king. It was big! The toilet and showers were in seperate rooms which was great. Housekeeping kept our rooms cleans and stocked with water and fresh snacks each day. Thank you team! Breakfast- You get a lot of food with breakfast! It was delicious. I wish I could take the fresh orange juice home. Don’t miss breakfast! Lunch- we had lunch near the pool several days, and although it’s a small menu, it was delicious! The skewers and pizza was delicious. Lunchtime chef and his assistance gets 5 star! Amazing food. Dinner- we had dinner here one night and it was great. Traditional Moroccan cuisine. The garden/dinner area was lit every night and a very nice setting. Pool- There are two pools. 1 heated and 1 unheated. There was plenty of day beds to tan and lounge in. It was beautiful. Taxi- Kenza hooked us up with a reliable taxi driver that we used the entire time during our stay. Shuttle- We did use the hotel free shuttle once, and it took us down to the medina. Very convenient. Essiad and team thank you for the great hospitality. Mohammed thank you for being a great host and helping me procure much needed medication. And Yassine as well! Thanks for answering my texts on your day off and the great tips on Morroco. Team, Thank you for delivering the birthday cake and singing at our room. 10/10. The hotel staff were all lovely and they seriously were there to assist with anything. Recommend Recommend.

Booked this hotel via Luxury Escapes one week before arrival, and I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff primarily speak French, but do have a good understanding of English. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and from the minute you walk in you are greeted by fantastic smells, friendly front of house, and then are given some Moroccan tea and biscuits - decor is stunning, with a bar, seating (indoor and outdoor), pool table, and toilets right in the reception. Only thing to be mindful of is they do take an upfront deposit of around £280, but this is refunded at the end (as long as you don’t break anything, which we didn’t.) The hotel cat Atlas is the star of the show. He is really friendly and lovely, so make sure to save a little meat for him when at dinner - he likes the prawns the most! The rooms are spacious, with a bath and shower, A/C, TV, minibar and safe. They have patio doors that lead you right out to the garden which is safe to leave unlocked as you come and go from the pools without having to walk all the way around. They do give you a bottle of red on arrival, but no bottle opener! They are cleaned daily (if you want) and they restock water daily whilst cleaning. Overall really clean and presentable, and also lovely and quiet - perfect for a goodnight sleep. The food. Stunning. Both breakfast, lunch and dinner - whether at the restaurant, pool bar, it is all amazing - and the customer service is above and beyond. Only thing is the menu can get repetitive if you’re staying there and eating there all week. There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel into two locations of Marrakesh. However, we had a bad experience with this - but I know other guests didn’t, so I think it’s a one off. It was 39c and we took the shuttle, that was late, from 1 to the Souks. When dropped off we asked them to confirm the collection as previously agreed of 4, the chap told us no, 7, and left us in the souks for potentially 6 hours in 38c! This set me off in a bit of a panic, and after thirty minutes we just walked into the road and flagged a taxi down. However, as said, everyone else we spoke with had good experiences, so might just be us! There are x2 pools, which we’re relaxing and beautiful. Towels are provided, and there’s ample sun beds - you don’t need to fight to reserve one of these! Also loved when we went there were no children, so really was a relaxing experience. The spa is a must! Honestly, best back massage of my life. You can book in advance, but I just emailed the reception on the day and they booked me for the evening. The ladies here were lovely, but their English wasn’t as strong as elsewhere - but that doesn’t really matter when you’re having a quiet massage. The hotel does offer to support booking activities which is really nice, but personally I found them a little cheaper elsewhere online. However, the cheaper ones I found were a bit chaotic - so I assume their ones are probably a little more… tasteful? :D Overall, would recommend booking here!

Take me back to Marrakech. Take me back to Domaine des Remparts! Everyone deserves a stay here once in their lifetime! We had a week here and it was honestly the most fantastic and relaxing holiday we have ever experienced. We had exceptional service. Big shout put to Shakid (at the bar!) and Jamal (who attended to us so beautifully at breakfast) but in fact everyone at the hotel looked out for us, knew us by name and made our stay really special. The hotel is beautifully designed and the gardens are stunning. The rooms are spacious and well designed and immaculately clean. The entire hotel smells like a spa. Breakfast is so relaxing... being served all of these goodies without having to go to a buffet style table....it makes the hotel stand apart in my opinion. Atlas the hotel cat was also a big hit with our family. Thank you to all at Domaine des Remparts for such a wonderful holiday. It felt like a family affair and we enjoyed our visit so much! We will be back, in fact we are considering bringing the extended family for my Mum's 80th birthday.
