Entertainers team is absolutely great. Everyone is open to diversity and having a family fun time. Many activities such as dancing, singing and shows. Everyone is welcoming and in great spirits. Such a fun place and great community. A lot of things to do and staff are overly friendly. Book shuttle buses a day in advance so you can catch a free shuttle in and out of the hotel. Everything provided with a friendly smile.

The Eden Andalou is an exceptional hotel particularly in terms of staffing. Whilst having travelled extensively, my wife and I have never experienced the level of service and support provided there throughout our stay of 43 days in any other 5* hotel. From the senior manager Adnan, Sofian the accomodation manager, and Sofian the restaurant manager and all of their respective staff, a number of whom I must provide a special mention herewith though there are many others whose names I can't recall (and hope they will forgive me !), all of whom were exceptional throughout. The bar and restaurant staff including Taha, Hient, Duard and Youssef, to name but a few, were great, and the Animation team including Bono, Enzo, Khalil, Nissou, Zara and colleagues were decidedly friendly and entertaining, seeking always to do their best for you. Whilst the GM wrote personally to us thanking us for our custom towards the end of our stay, on one occasion we were thanked by all by having our names posted on the film screen with a kind message, we were offered an upgrade to a suite, my wife received a birthday cake decorated with her name and best wishes and presented by the staff singing to her and waving fireworks, we had baskets of fruit and cakes unexpectedly delivered to our room, golden balloons, red rose petals scattered throughout the room, and nearing the end of our stay we had a special meal prepared for us in the Moroccan restaurant accompanied by two bottles of Champagne free gratis, the dessert which was a delightfully decorated cake was served accompanied by members of the animation team and the entertainer again singing to us and waving fireworks. On our departure we received gifts from the hotel and animation team who were kind enough to see us off in our taxi to the airport. When have you ever known such hotel hospitality!!?.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. It is quite secluded though! Reception, bar & restaurants staff all very welcoming & helpful. Amazing waterpark but only 1 heated pool at this time of the year. Animation team; Mimi was very warm, funny & welcoming. She made the effort to remember guests names and time to have a conversation with us. It’s a shame we had a short stay with so much packed in!!

I stayed here with my wife and 2 daughters in August 2024 and have to stay the hotel is awesome with not many complaints. Firstly the hotel is close to the airport (under half an hour's drive) and they have a shuttle that takes you to jama el fna and brings you back. Be sure to check the times & book a day or so in advance. They also have a tours desk however I found that it was quite expensive compared to viator etc. The rooms are very large and nicely furnished and we got a room with a large terrace. The food was amazing with plenty of variety and selection every day. I had one of the best beef burgers I have ever had. Chicken, fish, beef, stir fry, curry dishes etc pancakes and ice cream for the children as well as nuggets and chips. Can not fault the food! There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day for all ages. Childrens football happened in the evenings and men football during the day. Zumba and aqua classes so there was always something going on. The hotel has its own waterpark which has lots of slides for all ages and there are 2 pools one for children and another for adults. The only drawback was to do with their aftercare which mean that once you have checked out you are not allowed to use the hotel facilities either sit in the bar or have the food. When we have been to other hotels they have allowed us to have food etc even after checking out. You have the option of paying extra but there were different rates for room only and only food. So would definitely recommend this hotel as it has everything you need with the drawback about the checking out
