We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel perfect location in Marrakech! Breakfast was lovely with fresh omelettes being cooked to order and some lovely pastries! Our room was clean and had every thing we needed (just no bottled water but costs pennies from the supermarket up the road) we found the staff very friendly and polite with no problems. checking in was easy and they stored our bags away in a locked room whilst we waited for our room so we left to explore until our room was ready at 2 and then they also stored our bags away again on checkout so we could enjoy our last day exploring beautiful Marrakech and spending time at the pool (what was very clean!) would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, a lovely hotel. Furnishings are a bit dated but that's something that wouldn't have bothered us. There is no kettle or iron in the room which isn't the end of the world, but for a four star hotel, probably should have been expected. Our room was nice regardless. We had a lovely bath and view of the pool. The room was made up every day. Staff were lovely and very helpful, even printing out our boarding passes for us at reception for free. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, with just a 10 minute walk to the nearest mall and about a 20 minute walk to the Old Medina. The one thing that everyone should be aware of though is the noise! Do not underestimate how loud this hotel is!!! From Monday to Saturday there is some sort of a nightclub going on downstairs from 11pm to 2am. Noise isn't something that would usually bother me or my family, but we were multiple floors above the bar and the bass was absolutely booming through the walls, we could not get to sleep most nights. Along with this, the walls of the hotel are paper thin. If your next door neighbour even coughs, you can hear it. The people next to us were talking all night and this kept us up, not fault of the hotel but the paper thin walls were a big factor. If we were to travel to Marrakech again, we would not stay in this hotel, purely because the noise was so disappointing as we were exhausted from lack of sleep many of the days.
