Stunning service! I cannot fault - and I have traveled around the world! The staffs attention to detail stunning - and the hotel and rooms so clean. Food and drinks great value. Heated outdoor pool was great - size great for swimming - plus a new and well equipped gym that could be used at the palace hotel was a great added bonus! The palace spa (minimal charge if staying at the hotel ) was amazing - facilities and treatments. Highly recommend Es Saadi. Hospitality, location and winter sun offered a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Ann G.

“AMAZING!”
Such a beautiful resort. I stayed here with 15 friends on our study abroad trip and we had the most amazing experience -- the staff is incredible, the resort is beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing. I highly recommend staying here in Marrakesh.

We were a party of four and had a marvellous week at the Es Saadi hotel. The weather was perfect for these British people who came from a wet and miserable several months in UK - not that this was an achievement of the hotel! The staff were most attentive and our room seemed to be cleaned several times a day. It was always immaculate. After the first evening, when we ate in the Spa part of the hotel, we ate in the hotel's main restaurant every evening. The staff were first class and we were looked after exceptionally well. Breakfast was included in the rate and was alw3ays full and varied with eggs and flans cooked to order. The daily 3 course menu was always interesting and really well presented. We did go a la carte a couple of times and again the food was unusually good. We were surprised by the excellent Moroccan wine and they served particularly good value half bottles of Red/White/Rose which we much enjoyed. I imagine we will be back during the next miserable Northern European winter! The one and only criticism was that the hot water took a very long time indeed to appear in the bathroom, We tended to switch on the water and go back to bed for several minutes by which time the heat would have arrived. It was a very small price to pay for an otherwise woinderful week.

The exterior architecture is not the most beautiful but inside the hotel is a bit of a design classic. This is the second time we have stayed here and it is really a superb option to explore this wonderful city. This time we stayed in the superior suite room 503. I loved the room with panoramic views across the city and over to surround views of the Atlas Mountains. The hotel is extremely well run, a slick operation. Our suite had fresh flowers replenished daily and I really loved the sitting room and the two separate lots of wardrobes. I used the spa and had the most wonderful black soap scrub and hydration treatment which could not be faulted. The hotel gardens are stunning and the pool area is lovely. This hotel is unpretentious and relaxing which is why we opted to stay here again rather than the more glitzy sister Palace hotel. My husband used the gym there daily. The staff at the hotel are fantastic whether the concierge, doorman or the fabulous waiting staff at breakfast. The breakfast selection is also truly execellent. We are planning to stay again later in the year so relaxing and in a great neighbourhood. Exceptional value too

“A Hotel full of Charm”
A beautiful old fashioned hotel in the Hivernage the centre of Marrakech yet so peaceful. Surrounded by exotic gardens . Comfortable good size rooms . Full of charm. The staff are helpful and ensure you enjoy your stay. A rare fund in this ultra modern world.
