“Perfect location”
The hotel was a perfect choice for our first trip to Marrakesh. The facilities were exactly as described, the food was delicious and the waiting/bar staff were super friendly and helpful. The only let down was the surly reception team, they could learn some tips about customer service from the wait… more
The hotel was a perfect choice for our first trip to Marrakesh. The facilities were exactly as described, the food was delicious and the waiting/bar staff were super friendly and helpful. The only let down was the surly reception team, they could learn some tips about customer service from the waiting staff. We will definitely return, perhaps next time to a smiling receptionist......

“A great stay”

Stayed here for a 5 day stay in Marrakech, and we had a great time. The hotel was in a brilliant location - within walking distance of both the old and new town. The pools were heated due to the time of year and the gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We had breakfast each morning which was a huge buffet with both the usual continental, pastries, hot food and freshly cooked omelettes and morrocan pancakes and donuts. The room was spacious and clean. The air con was temperamental to be honest, however given the time of year it wasn’t a huge issue. There is a spa and gym on site and towels are provided around the pool. Food served poolside was great too.

The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-designed, but the only thing missing was hangers—there were none in the room or bathroom, which was surprising. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-designed, but the only thing missing was hangers—there were none in the room or bathroom, which was surprising. The pool area is amazing, with two pools, plenty of sunbeds, and several restaurants and activities like ping-pong. It’s so nice that you might be tempted to stay at the hotel instead of exploring Marrakech. The breakfast selection was excellent, the staff provided top-notch service, and the location was perfect with everything within easy reach. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

After reading mixed reviews we decided to come here anyway. We are so very glad we did! We were greeted warmly by the reception team and the first impressions were that it was immaculately clean in all of the public areas. The grounds are lovely and all kept perfectly. We had a few small teething problems with our room which were fixed promptly with no fuss at all by the reception and housekeeping team. We ate at both of the on site restaurants and the pool bar and the food was very good. In particular I would like to mention the staff here. The pool is well staffed with lifeguards and an excellent entertainment team. We enjoyed yoga every day with Rachid and Mimi, and Tima hosted a very enthusiastic pool zumba every day. Hamid at the pool bar was excellent at providing drinks and food to us as we relaxed by the pool. There were so many amazing staff I cant mention them all by name, nothing was too much trouble. Everything down to the collecting of your morning beach towels was a pleasure and the whole team worked very hard with smiles always on their faces. Our housekeeping team kept our room clean and stocked and often left beautiful flower arrangements for us on the bed. The room was exactly as described and we found it spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. All in all an excellent stay, the location is fabulous and there are so many good eateries around the hotel within 5 mins walk. 15 min brisk walk to the medina so you can dip in and out of the madness (and it really is bonkers!) perfect location and the perfect weather just topped it all off :)

We stayed in a pool view suite, which was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of smoke that let it down. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, but dinner was disappointing and definitely not up to the standard expected of a five-star hotel. The service was generally good, and the pool bar was a highlight. It was also great to be able to swim in the outdoor pool in February. However, the indoor pool was a complete let down – not only did it cost £8 per person, but it was also freezing. Overall, we had a decent stay, but this felt more like a solid four-star hotel rather than the five-star experience it claims to be.
