A great hotel great service friendly helpful staff extremely clean and everyday of our week stay we had fresh towels and bedding food was great something for everyone wine and water and fizzy drinks bought to ur table at breakfast lunch and dinner waiters good and the amount of cooked meats and dishes was amazing pools were great a lazy pool and activity pool with slides and small spasm pool for the kids quartered by life guards water slides were fun and lots of pool side things to do trampoline football basket ball aqua Aerobics outside pool bar and swim up bar lots of sun lounges and umberellas there is a lot of room inside and outside hotel and wheelchair accessible I rate this hotel more than the 3+ the holiday company has for it I recommend for family’s and young and old ppl loved it and my stay

We absolutely loved our time here. The entertainment team and staff are bloody wonderful. We had a lovely new year and beautiful holiday. Hotel is beautiful, my 8yr old loved the slides, the only downfall was if u weren't booked for the gala dinner for hogmanay there wasn't anything on for other guest. We ended up luckily getting tickets.

We spent a beautiful week in Marrakech and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, given the negative reviews I previously read. The rooms were clean, spacious, light and airy, the staff was always friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious (we had breakfast and dinner included in our reservation) and the meals could be flexibly rearranged for going on trips or trying the Moroccan and Italian restaurants which are usually extras. The hotel is at 10 minutes drive from the airport and within walking distance to city center, museums, gardens, shopping malls and of course, the charming Medina. I didn't try the pool as it was too cold for me, but I had a nice sunbath and a little tan. Also I had no time to try the hotel's spa, maybe next time...The reasons why I don't give a maximum score: I was a little disappointed by the hotel's Moroccan restaurant (I had a fantastic culinary experience on a trip to Ouzoud waterfalls and I wanted to repeat it after a few days), also the guest entertaining programs were a bit too much in the evenings (it would have been better to have taken place inside, at the restaurant or bar rather than outside at the pool where the noise can reach all rooms). However, I would definitely stay again in Rose Aqua Parc.
