Very relaxing hotel, great pools, clean, freindly staff, decent drinks. Food was average but that was the only very slight negative. Entertainment crew were great fun. Games and demonstrations. Tagine cooking lesson was great. No trouble anywhere, everyone having fun. No noise, no drunken people causing hassle. Loved the coffee, hot choc, cocktails. Beer was half decent. Pizzas were nice, oranges and grapefruit at breakfast were good. Rooms were nice, spacious, amazing shower. We will come back

“A very pleasant holiday.”

I enjoyed myself thoroughly. The hotel was lovely as was the environment. Great vibes and I loved the local people. The food was a little bland and I would have liked a little more variety and vegan options. The massage therapist; however; were excellent and the whole spa experience stellar.

I found a lot of the staff at this hotel to be unpolite and dismissive at times rude. The hotel manager and most of the main reception staff were friendly, helpful and polite however the majority of servers and cooks were very rude and would ignore you at times. I found a lot of the staff at this hotel to be unpolite and dismissive at times rude. The hotel manager and most of the main reception staff were friendly, helpful and polite however the majority of servers and cooks were very rude and would ignore you at times. EspeciallY the guy making the pizzas and the chef making the omelettes. They were so rude. The staff at the pool area were also more polite and friendly. I’ve been to many hotels and this was my first bad experience and I will never return here again. The food and drinks at this hotel was also the biggest let down. Not enough variety, no snacks provided in between lunch and dinner and only one drink machine which was located as you enter the dining area actually served chilled drinks.

Just got back from a week long stay. This was our first holiday in 5 years and the first holiday with our daughter. We booked this hotel as it was a small resort with slides but this was the coldest swimming pool I have ever felt. We couldn’t get our daughter in the pool because of how cold it was and throughout the whole week, we did not see many people go in the pool because of that. Even the children’s pool was not heated and we were told by staff that this pool was closed from 12:00. The staff around the hotel were very friendly. The hotel it self looked nice and was kept clean. The room was a good size but we kept getting ants come in the room. It looked like there was a nest by our front door and they would crawl under. There were a couple of days where the maids had not changed our towels or left new toilet paper. The last three night the new people in the room next to us would have other couples go back to their room and they would be up all night. Think what you want of that but the walls were thin. Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant were ok however the dinner was bland. Majority of the guests were queuing for pizza or pasta every night. You would spend most of the evening queuing for a small pizza then still being hungry after. We found ourselves eating more at breakfast and lunch because we didn’t know if we were going to eat at night. There were a few nights we saw some guests ordering McDonald’s and we had to do the same one evening. We went to the spa and both booked a 45 minute deep tissue massage, but were given a 30 minute massage. It was not deep tissue and was basically a 20 minute foot massage. Even the pool in the spa was not heated and was just as cold as the one outside. It might be the time of year that we had gone but it seemed there was no real entertainment of an evening or daytime activities. Every night was the same music in the cozy bar and most of it was in French. The hotel felt more accommodating to the French guests but that may be down to the history of the countries.
