A beautiful Riad operated by wonderful staff who provide all you need to be comfortable and content. The location was perfect providing us wit close proximity to attractions and security day and night. Just a 15 minute walk to the main square and a five minute walk to restaurants. Has an and Heeba provided us with wonderful service, meals and suggestions for tours, restaurants and attractions. We booked activities directly through the Riad. Please stay here, it is a beautiful accommodation.

This is one of my favourite hotels that I've ever stayed in. It is so tranquil and relaxing and only has 7 rooms. Everything is really clean and well maintained and it is decorated so elegantly throughout. I loved the big peaceful bathroom in our room with the copper sink and traditional wooden ceiling. We stayed slightly out of season (beginning of March) so the weather wasn't really hot but I imagine the riad would be nice and cool in the summer. The pool is nice and clean (my son had me in it everyday even though it was still a little cold this time of year!) and the roof terrace is fantastic. The courtyard in the centre of the building is covered over during winter months so it doesn't let in rain, etc and is a lovely place to relax. The host Paola is very helpful and friendly, as are all the brilliant hospitipal staff, and you can contact her on WhatApp with any queries even if she's not on site. We had tea with her upon arrival and she talked us through a map of Marrakech and gave us tips and suggestions on places to go. The breakfast is nice and plentiful and the wifi was never a problem as there are multiple networks throughout the building. When looking for a hotel we found Riad Amira quite early in our search and it definitely stood out. We then continued to search more expensive places but nothing we saw seemed to quite have the feel of Riad Amira. We did wonder if we'd get there and it would become apparent why it was cheaper but that was not the case and thankfully everything was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations and I'm so glad we chose it. Location-wise it is situated in the Kasbah just down the road from Moulay el Yazid Mosque and about a 15min walk from the madness of Jemaa el Fna and the Medina. The Kasbah is definitely more chill than the rest of the old town and a great place to base yourself without constantly getting lost in the souk. There are plenty of taxis nearby for venturing further or into Marrakech new town.

The most beautiful hotel, with such attentive and friendly staff! Myself and a friend stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute. It was such a personal experience, when they said ‘treat it like your home’ we truly felt like we was home with how comfortable we felt! All the staff went above and beyond for us. I would recommend staying here as it’s only a 10min straightforward walk to the medina and the hotel is in a local area so you really get a feel for Marrakesh. The owner helped us with organising most of our activities and gave some great recommendations for places to visit. I can’t forget to mention the interior of the hotel is beautiful, very Moroccan, great for photos and the room we stayed in was lovely. If we return to Marrakesh we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you Riad Amira for a truly wonderful stay!

The place is safe, clean, very firm mattress. Good breakfast and friendly hosts but don't eat dinner there. Expensive and my vegetable tagine was burned and costs 18 euros for a few burned tasting steamed potatoes, zucchini and carrots. Don't book tours through them. The Essaouira tour was in an old, uncomfortable van that lasted almost 8 hours total for being in the town for 3 1/2 hours. They don't expect return customers.
