Oussama is the most awesome person in town! He’s very friendly and made our whole experience in Marrakech, he was able to provide us tips and make sure that my little family was having our best! The room was super specious and beautiful, the place is close to walking distance from everything. The breakfast was nice, in this place you had the feeling that you are visiting some family, it really give you that vibe.

“Great stay”
Perfect place for a family of 7 - everything was warm and welcoming and breakfast was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this Riad for your travels! The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and the owner responded to any issues right away!

The riad is located in the Medina, close to some of the best restaurants in the area. The place is really pleasant and clean, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Above all, what most marked our stay was the relationship with the staff, for their cordiality, friendliness and professionalism. In this sense, I would like to highlight the work of Oussama, who was always willing to help demonstrating a good will beyond what was expected to carry out his duties. He is involved with everything, and we had a remarkable experience thanks to him. As mentioned in the previous statement, he is the Riad and the Riad is him! We hope to return soon!

“Oussamma is the Riad and the Riad is Oussamma.”
A little hard to get to, but this is true of most Riads in the Medina. Very good accommodations, quiet, clean, and great service. A special thank you to Oussamma. He IS the Riad and the Riad is he. There was nothing he could not arrange for us - tours, pick-ups, transfers, etc.

This is conveniently located for getting around the medina and myself and my daughter had a good stay here. Our room was very dark, which was a shame. This is conveniently located for getting around the medina and myself and my daughter had a good stay here. Our room was very dark, which was a shame. We are independent travellers, so didn’t need help from the manager (who did seem helpful to those who asked for advice). It’s hard to locate the Riad and beware the locals who offer to help find the place but demand payment! The pictures online show lovely double beds on the terrace, but they weren’t there….in fact, the communal areas felt in need of tlc. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, but could have been better.
