“A perfect gem in Marrakesh.”
Cannot rate this place high enough.. from the minute we walked into it we were all treated very special.. rooms were spotless and well equipped, everywhere in the Riad was the same. Cannot rate this place high enough.. from the minute we walked into it we were all treated very special.. rooms were spotless and well equipped, everywhere in the Riad was the same. From the lady who cooked for us to Jamal, the main man, we could not have been treated better. Jamal suggested trips for us and helped with every single detail, he couldn’t have done any more for us, such a lovely person, along with the night manager. You won’t regret staying at Riad Dar Elma.

This was one of my favourite trips ever, this riad is the perfect place with the most perfect staff, can not help you enough. We went as a family of 12 for my 40th birthday so booked the Riad to ourselves, from meeting us at the taxi to the taxi back to the airport these people were on hand literally anytime we needed anything from a drink to a question about something, Jamal organised most things for us for this trip and it couldn’t have gone better. The riad is a beautiful little place, so relaxing and in a great location..

The Riad Dar Elma in Marakech was a very nice place to stay.The service and hospitality was excellant, and our stay was so relaxing. Djamel and Karim were at your service and so helpful, courtious, which made our travel experience more fulfilling and rewarding. The welcoming atmosphere here is a breath of fresh air.They created a positive, emotional connection with us.The food served at their restaurant was very good.The decor here is beautiful and so welcoming.The Riad exudes a wonderfully inviting atmosphere.A number of attractions were all within easy walking distance of the Riad.Truly recommend.

“Memorable experiene”

We booked the Riad in early July for 4 nights. A couple of days before our travel, we noticed a prblem in our booking which was a mistake from our side, but the riad team were very understanding and kindly fixed it for us for free. The staff, Jamal and Karim were super friendly and helpful. We had massage for two days with Fatima which was professional. Rooms were clean thanks to the lady cleaners and the breakfasts were different every single day, delicious and fresh, thanks to the lady cooks. On the other hand, the room and the bathroom were a bit disappointing. They were basic, without a TV or a minibar(what you usually expect from a 4 star hotel), damp smelled and the bathtub had yellow marks. The kitchen closed after 6-7pm and we were not able to order any food or drink unless it was pre ordered but during the day, whenever we ordered something, it was prepared for us and it was always fresh. In a nutshell, it was a different experience from stayinging in a 4 -star hotel type of accomodation but we were happy with choosing the Riad and I recommend it.
