Just had a three night amazing stay in this beautiful, cosy Riad. Excellent from the very start to the finish. Very clean and beautiful rooms, great breakfast! but most impressive was the incredible level of service from the manager and his team. We also had a traditional hot scrub in their ham-am which was incredible! Cannot recommend this place enough. Also close to all the markets and restaurants so location is perfect too. An absolute bargain for the price! See you again next time.

“Nice riad”

Nice and cozy raid. Close to busy Medina and inside the riad it’s calm and peace. They have a small swimming pool and a lovely roofterrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the sun. Breakfast is good and the rooms are spacious and having an AC. I recommend the place

I booked this beautiful Riad for last year and had to reschedule due to the unfortunate earthquake. Assam (Manager) was fantastic with communications and accommodated us with the last-minute changes. The Riad was kept immaculately by the friendly staff. We arranged for airport transfers to and from the Riad which would be recommended as a small walk through some meandering pathways leads you to location. Issam came to meet us from the drop off point to greet and guide us to the Riad. Whilst we settled in and did the necessary book in credentials, we were served some delicious mint tea (Berber whisky) and previewed our rooms before our luggage was put into the rooms. We had a Privilege Suite and the Junior Suite Booked. Please ensure that you can easily negotiate stairs as if booking these two rooms as ones on the first floor and the other is on the top floor. (One of our parties is recovering from a hip operation so had limited mobility which restricted his use of the roof terrace). We were also advised upon arrival that the roof terrace was being renovated as a after effect of the earthquake the Riad was asked to re-do the structure to make it compliant for safety. There were sun loungers available however we had to go to the ground floor if we wanted to use the Plunge pool (this is not heated so it was very cold... nice to dip your feet in thought after our walks and sun lounging!!) This terrace looks promising and is anticipated to be done to a good spec when completed. Wish we were there to experience it! We will look forward to this on future visit. Breakfast was included and decent. A variety of bread, pastries, pancakes, and cakes alongside fruits and orange juice and hot drinks. You can also ask for scrambled, boiled or an omelette. The Rooms were clean and very spacious. The décor was ambient and traditionally Moroccan. Extra towels were also provided when requested for the sun loungers and pool. We visited unbeknown during Ramadan. We weren’t sure how the opening hours and tourism would flow during this time. Issam was informative and advised us of busier times to avoid and places to visit during these times. He kindly asked us to respectfully not consume alcohol in the public spaces of the Riad (Room Only). Some business restricted their licencing to alcohol as it is a religious time. Riad Flam also offered recommendation on good restaurants and days out. The location was idealism as it was walking distance of the souks and in a seemingly safe area. It’s a little quite coming out of the riad with some quite walkways (around 5 mins from the main road and start of the markets and Bahia palace which a great landmark and easy to catch a taxi from if needed. Also, within a two-minute walk of a tiny convenience shop for snacks, water, fresh bread, and drinks. The riad has its own Hammam and treatment rooms which we experienced. All the prices are available in the rooms and bookable on the day of the treatments. This was professional, relaxing & well recommended (just let the therapists know what pressure you prefer or to ease off if it feels too harsh!) Thanks, again to the lovely therapists!! We could not thank the team enough Riad Flam as they were more than hospitable, super reliant and went above and beyond to make us feel like home from home & Friends!! The Riad was managed day to night and felt super secure. Our whole party were impressed with the level of attentiveness and hospitality given. On return to the airport, we accidentally left luggage in our Taxi. Which I unfortunately realised once the taxi had gone (our fault as it was left on the back seat to stop it getting squashed). As soon as I realised, I emailed Issam (Riad Manager) who then went above and beyond to recall the taxi and return the forgotten luggage. This was such kind and above and beyond gesture which was fully appreciated.

“Nice to experience”

The raid was a really nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Breakfast was not the best. There were a couple of days were we didn’t have breakfast as there was no consistency. Overall, the raid was nice but not really worth the money we paid for a privilege room.
