“Beauty and Relaxation”
This place is amazing. Don't let the location stop you from coming. It seems a bit out but it's a short and safe walk to the main attractions. It's hidden but it's a hidden gem. Truly worth booking. This place is amazing. Don't let the location stop you from coming. It seems a bit out but it's a short and safe walk to the main attractions. It's hidden but it's a hidden gem. Truly worth booking. The building is beautiful and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. A lot of attention to detail. You are greeted with a smile and a welcome drink and snack. 5 Star service. Mustapha is very kind and helpful and welcoming. The area is quiet and there is good privacy. They have a jacuzzi and a pool. Delicious meals on sight as well. I recommend this as a stay

What a find! Such a beautiful Riyad, hosted by the super obliging Mustafa. Mustafa, Adil, Yousuf (apologies if I have remembered the names wrongly 🙏) and all the staff could not have done enough for us (Myself and daughter Sophie). From the beautiful breakfasts, enjoyed up on the sun terrace, the Moroccan tea, Max the DIVINE 18 yr old cat, and our gorgeous bedroom. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Yousuf even ran out to print our boarding passes, minutes before our taxi picked us up! (Note you’ll need these printed, not digital, for return journey!) We will definitely be back! Thanks so much Mustafa and team! 🙏❤️

After our initial choice cancelled our reservation after the earthquake, we found this lovely riad, located just outside the medina. Beautiful Moroccan decor throughout, very helpful and accommodating staff (thank you Medhi and Mustafa), comfortable rooms, beautiful terrace and great food for any meal you may wish. We were on a self driving tour of Morocco and our stay at La Riad Porte Rouge was the highlight.

“Beautiful Riad”
Beautiful and clean rooms with a lot of space, the atmosfere is very friendly and you feel like home. The breakfast is so good and the tea is eccellent. The only negative note is the distance from the center (Jema El-Fnaa) because is 15 minutes by foot

The building was beautiful and about 300 years old. Our host Mustafa was super helpful and he spoke good English. Our room was located directly facing the inner courtyard and it could have been noisy, but the other guests were considerate and didn't disturb us. The room was a bit small for two persons and quite simple (like rooms in riads usually are). The breakfast was good. The only downside was the location outside of the medina. The were no restaurants nearby and the walk to Jemaa el-Fna took about 25 minutes on the chaotic streets. Taxis were cheap and plentiful though. The riad was also a bit difficult to locate (in the end of a narrow alley not shown on the map), but we did find it without assistance.
