We was greeted by an extremely friendly and informative Khaled, he showed us a rough idea of prices as well as location and places to go, if you need or want to ask a question Khaled will answer his best and will help very well, and even print your boarding passes on the way home if you forget to. The Riad is within the old city and is close to the main square, the rooms are perfect to come into after a day out, very well air conditioned and the bathroom is nice with the shower being powerful. The breakfast is very carb heavy but comes with jams and Moroccan tea or coffee. Big thanks to Khaled.

This was a very good Raid within 10/15 min walk of the main square and souks. Khalid welcomed us on our first day after the transfer from the airport and helpfully pointed out all the main spots in the city on our map. He also gave us advice about how much things should cost and tourist traps to watch out for. The room we very spacious and airy and the air con worked a treat. The windows overlooked the courtyard and have lovely stained lass in them. There was also a rooftop terrace with the option for a hot tub but we didn't make use of it. Whilst in the old town, once inside it was lovely and quiet which was good after a day in the hustle and bustle. All the staff were excellent but unfortunately we didn't catch anyone else's name! Would definitely recommend this Riad.

I arrived in Marrakech by train from Rabat at 8:00 p.m. I had arrived in the Great Kingdom of Morocco five days ago and had no idea what was waiting for me in Marrakech. Arriving at the train station I walked to one of the entrances to the north of the Medina and for some reason I confused the address of Riad Le Marocain. I called and the host was at all times very kind and sympathetic to me, even though the sun was already beginning to hide and I was afraid that the darkness of the night would make this new adventure difficult. When clarifying the location of the Riad, I took the road and yet to find myself in a place I did not know and facing a labyrinth city, perhaps THE LABYRINTH CITY from which the adventures that for centuries have been in the collective imagination of the humanity, and especially at night, was quite an adventure. I walked and asked for help from an older man who could guide me in which direction I should walk to go to the Riad, located in the Berrima neighborhood, and he recommended me to take a taxi. A taxi that did not speak Spanish, English or French. After a few laps we entered and left the Medina, with Moroccan music and a volume that made the people turn who saw us pass by turn, we arrived at the Riad at around 10:00 pm. After those tense moments, and where you can think that the adventure was in your mind all the time, the attention I received from the host of the Riad, Ismail, everything changed and I can recommend the place in complete safety. It is located south of the Medina, near El Badi Palace, and is a traditional building organized around a central courtyard where natural light filters through. The tention was excellent at all times. Since I arrived, I was greeted with tea, the quality of the room was impeccable and also the breakfast delicious. A place that I recommend completely and that was part of my Marrakech adventure about which I comment in another review.

We were greeted by Khalid and then by Adnan both were very friendly and accommodating. It had a very family oriented feel to the place. The place was clean and tidy. If I was to make any improvements I would suggest having TV or tea/coffee making facilities in the room (if feasible). Although, both Khalid & Adnan were happy to make us hot drinks on request. The only downside of my stay was that I had to put up with passive smoking whilst trying to enjoy my food from the manager. As someone, who has breathing difficulties it did not think it appropriate to smoke within the communal area and is unprofessional. Location was great, very convenient to all the tourists locations within walking distance! Overall, I would recommend the place.
