“Wonderful property and outstanding staff”
This riad is a gem. It’s in a good, safe location. Comfortable rooms and beds. There’s nightly jazz and an amazing Hammsn spa. Hosni and his staff go above and beyond —one day I stayed back in the riad from our travel group and his team checked in on me twice, offering water, towels, etc.

“Fun, safe, close to everything”
Riad Monceau was historic and charming. Great location, close to everything in old town. The service and staff was exceptional, especially the manager Hosni. The nightly music was excellent, food was great. I felt very safe and taken care of.

“Very beautiful riad! ”
An excellent hotel with excellent service. The room was spacious and typically, elegantly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. There was noise from the restaurants in the riad but only until 23.00.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The staff will escort you to/from certain pickup points if you are unfamiliar with the area. Many people commented this was not the case in all hotels. Since you cannot drive to the front of the hotel, we were dropped off in Medina Market and someone escorted us with our luggage in a cart.

Nice hotel with an amazing location. Very helpful staff. Be aware that many rooms are facing the inner courtyard. They have live music there, so it can be a bit noisy. Also be aware that it’s difficult to get fresh air as some of the rooms lack windows (only door) and some windows are not to be opened. Lovely roof top restaurant. Ok breakfast.
