All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…
On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Lovely riad”
Great reception, care and advised for Marrakech! This place is very authentic and offers enough privacy. Roofterrace is great in the evening and out the door is the souk and square, lots of ways to other districts. We'll be back ;-))

We stayed here for a week in April in one of the more basic rooms. Positives The owner Kenza is lovely and just so helpful with whatever advice you need. The staff, Saiida and Karim are also very sweet and friendly. It was good value. Central location (10 mins walk to Jmaa el Fnaar). Very quiet. Rooms had aircon (needed as it was very hot that week!) Plenty of hot water. Fridge in room very useful. Breakfast was basic but tasty - coffee, mint tea, orange juice with 2 different breads, butter, honey & jam - eaten up on the roof terrace. It was a very authentic Moroccan experience. Negatives Rooms are fairly small and quite dark - typical of a traditional riad. Take a head torch if you want to read! One of the beds was very hard, and quite creaky. We booked an airport pick up which cost us €18, but which only took us to the nearest gate - from here we had to give the address to a guide on the street hailed by the taxi driver, and we were then expected to pay him, but had no change. I’d expected that someone from the riad would have met us at the gate. There was a mix up with our room, and we were downgraded from the suite we had booked - we were disappointed but made the best of it. The roof terrace is very enclosed, with no views out - although I don’t think there would have been much to see. But there are sunloungers, the covered breakfast area and an enclosed comfortable seating area, nice for a quiet read. Overall I’d really recommend this place for a friendly and authentic experience, and I’d have no hesitation to stay again.
