We stayed two nights at the Riad, the first and last of our seven-day trip to the Sahara desert. We arrived at the Riad without knowing anything about it, and what a surprise! we could not have stayed in a better place. Its location is very central, perfect to discover the hypnotic maze of the old Marrakech. The rooms are really nice and cosy, the details of the place are so charming. The food was outstanding!! all made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The traditional breakfast, included in the price, is very complete - a mix of cold and hot dishes, fruit and coffee. The dinner is not included but it is absolutely worth to pay for!! Each dish was tastier than the one before. They were very helpful and tried to accommodate to our needs (they even took us to the airport on our last day!). Since the first moment we step into the Riad we felt like we were home, like we were all a big family. Their happiness and great service made of our stay perfect. We highly recommend it! we are definitely coming back on our next visit to Morocco! Carla, Uri, Raul, Cira - from Catalonia.

Riad 34 is a good base to explore Medina and Marrakech. Our trip was made special by the Riad Manager, Abdu, who went out of his way to make our trip so enjoyable. The Riad itself is very clean and comfortable. Be prepared that the sound proofing of the rooms isn't great and not all en-suites have doors. The WiFi was upgraded during our stay. Final thing is to book your taxi from the airport via the Riad. Tourists tend to be overcharged (although not around Marrakech itself) for the ride in from the airport where you are delivered into the hands of a "guide" who demanded €20 for a 2 mins walk. Abdu arranged for us to be picked up directly from the Riad for our day trips and for our return trip which was great. I'll definitely stay here again.

Very nice charming hotel, well -located near the main square, the souks, and the palaces. Although its true it could be difficult to find the first several times since you have to pass across little streets to find it, and be very AWARE of the people who says they will walked you to the hotel because they are gonna ask you for money at the end. Nevertheless, once you arrive to the hotel the recepcionist will give you precisely information written in a paper of how to get to there without getting lost. Furthermore, the best of it was: - The stuff. Outstanding, always very nice, friendly and helpful, every one of them. - The room decoration (we didnt care about not having door in the bathroom). - The breakfast, very good the food in quality and quatity. If I have to say something bad: - Maybe the wifi signal would not get to the upstairs rooms properly, but it didnt matter much to us neither. Overall, we felt very well treated and comfy all the time and we ll definetly be back! :)
