A great choice if you want to discover Marrakech and enjoy a best-in-class ‘maison d’hôtes’. We travelled with our 3 children (15, 11, 5) and the owners and their team offered us all the confort and all the relax we needed after the long walks in Marrakech and surroundings. They took care of everything from the start, beautiful Moroccan suite to host our family, all the transfers to airport and Marrakech, private excursions to Essaouira and Ourika, breakfast included, and nice dinners near to the pool. Our best rating probably goes to the service, we really felt at home during these 7 nights at Villa55.

We stayed in the Villa in April 2018 and we certainly did not regret our choice! The Villa is ideally placed just outside Marrakech, 10 mins by taxi, in a quiet area. We stayed in the Villa in April 2018 and we certainly did not regret our choice! The Villa is ideally placed just outside Marrakech, 10 mins by taxi, in a quiet area. Facilities in the villa are excellent. Spacious beautiful rooms, Moroccan style. The chef prepares delicious local meals and the team of the villa prepares everything for you: excursions, taxi, information about the city... Excellent place for families with children. Our kids were delighted! Ask Said to take a tour with you in Marrakech. He knows the ins and outs of the Medina and the best places to shop in the zouk with local prices. We would love to go back.

We had an amazing time at Villa 55, and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced to date- and we weren't easy customers!. We initially booked two separate rooms through Booking.com but Alexandra was kind enough to help us through changing our booking to a three-bed room, and even upgraded us to a gorgeous suite in the villa! An additional person joined us a day later and Alexandra and Alicja were again both very accommodating (thank you!). Everyone else on the staff was always very happy to help us out with any questions we had, and the chefs put together a vegetarian meal for us on super short notice. The villa is little oasis a short 20 minutes away from the city's noise and traffic, with a beautiful swimming pool, yummy Moroccan food, very comfy beds, and daily cleaning services- everything we needed for a getaway week-end away from the city. Highly recommend!

“Friendly, Relaxed, Clean, Home from Home”

We are just back from Marrakech and are already planning our return next year and would not hesitate to book Villa 55 again. We spent 4 nights here and were made to feel very welcome, We travelled with our 2 teenage kids and they were equally impressed. We had loads of space, huge double room and adjoining room for the kids, a small hallway and bathroom with powerful shower!! The highlight for us was the staff. Said and Soufianne became like friends!! We were made to feel like the villa was our home. We mentioned that our son enjoyed tennis, and next day Soufianne arranged a couple of rackets and balls and treated Fred to an afternoon of tennis at the villa. The food was really special and was either set up in the dining room on cold evenings or by the pool if it was warm. Only downside was the weather was a little cool, but on one sunny day we did enjoy the pool, a little cold but bearable!!! Also if you want to travel into town (about 15 mins by car) be prepared to pay about €15 each way. Next time, we would choose to stay longer and hire a car. Thanks to all at Villa 55 for a memorable stay x
