“Welcoming and a great way to revive on arrival in NZ”
A great place to start our NZ trip. A friendly welcome and comfortable room. The room was clean, although didn't get hoovered over our 4 night stay. Excellent location with short walk down to the harbour and bars. Nice friendly bar to come back to.

“Great Hotel for location.”
The hotel was great, with clean facilities and friendly staff. Room had everything we needed such as fridge, and privacy. Only thing missing is that their restaurant menus lacked options. But there are plenty of options outside of there. A must go.

“Very nice hotel and lovely staff”
Nice clean room with plenty of space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast to set you up for the day. Very easy access for the centre of Auckland. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Nice hotel close to everything”
Stayed there a few times. Get free drinks and upgrade with VIP status on expedia. At the top end of Queen street so close to the town hall, theatres and shop. Breakfast was included and was well presented. Room was a bit tight not very well set out, and the aircon was noisy. Overall a good stay… more

Fantastic location close to venues at the Aotea Centre, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully presented and has a lovely calm atmosphere. Fantastic location close to venues at the Aotea Centre, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully presented and has a lovely calm atmosphere. The room was fairly standard for a good hotel, plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Only small issues were the terrible lighting in the bathroom for applying make-up, shaving etc and the pillows could do with replacing. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you. :)
