“Decent value for money”
Pretty good for what you pay. I was in room 706. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a new vanity and the shower pressure was almost too strong. Small heater to plug in - did the job. Friendly staff. Main downside is noise transfer so take ear plugs. Appreciated the free shu… more
Pretty good for what you pay. I was in room 706. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a new vanity and the shower pressure was almost too strong. Small heater to plug in - did the job. Friendly staff. Main downside is noise transfer so take ear plugs. Appreciated the free shuttle to airport (only operated 2pm to 10am).

“A perfect hotel for an overnight stay”
This is a great place to stay when going to the airport. They have a good service with their shuttle even picking us up at 1.30 in the morning. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There is also a restaurant there but we never used it on this occasion. Would definitely stay here again next … more

“Good communication and appreciated the airport shuttle”
Helpful staff, clean, good pillows. Appreciated the airport shuttle. Outdated furniture and not such an inspiring area. We were stuck in Auckland for the THIRD night in a row, (fog in Auckland, and apparently, even if this is a regular occurrence, pilots and planes are not equipped to deal with it)… more
Helpful staff, clean, good pillows. Appreciated the airport shuttle. Outdated furniture and not such an inspiring area. We were stuck in Auckland for the THIRD night in a row, (fog in Auckland, and apparently, even if this is a regular occurrence, pilots and planes are not equipped to deal with it). So, for our last night, we budgeted a bit, and decided to stay here. This could possibly affect my review. However, must say: it covers the basics and was OK. Albeit, not very cheerful. The staff, however, is to be commended for their friendliness.
