“Good location ”
Good hotel 15 mins from the waterfront, and the center of Auckland, staff very friendly and helpful, good little coffee shop too, in the hotel lobby, rooms tidy and spacious, we didn't book breakfast but had one , which was good , plenty of variety

Located in CBD, this hotel 🏨 is just 300m away from the Inter city bus 🚌 terminal, 500m from Sky Towers. It has a host of grocery stores of all hues in the vicinity, good Indian restaurants and a Pizza Hut outlet at walking distance. Reception desk was very helpful and courteous. But they take 15… more

It has a host of grocery stores of all hues in the vicinity, good Indian restaurants and a Pizza Hut outlet at walking distance. Reception desk was very helpful and courteous. But they take 15 minutes for checking the room before checking out. Room was good and spacious with a kitchenette. They had a laundry where clothes could be washed and dried at nominal rates. Breakfast was above average but without omelette & fried eggs 🍳. Only scrambled & boiled eggs were served. Sweets/ desserts had limited options.

“My trip to Auckland.”
This is a fabulous hotel. Right in the heart of the city and close to the Sky Tower and Quayside. Comfortable with a first class restaurant and bar. Staff are wonderful and tend to ones needs efficiently. A great stay and will definitely stay again.

“Good hotel”
Centrally located hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is okay. Shower needed repair- did that myself. Restaurant is not romantic, but business like. Staff is helpful. Area is somewhat dilapidated, but not criminal. Rooms are clean but simple.

“An Okay Hotel”
Whilst my husband thought the hotel was good I did not. Everything was clean enough I felt it was quite tired. I felt the decor etc downstairs was supposed to look a bit like Art Nouveau, but I just found it a bit tacky and thrown together? The dining room if you look up it looks like you are in an… more
Whilst my husband thought the hotel was good I did not. Everything was clean enough I felt it was quite tired. I felt the decor etc downstairs was supposed to look a bit like Art Nouveau, but I just found it a bit tacky and thrown together? The dining room if you look up it looks like you are in an old airport hanger with bare bricks exposed and at the back wall in the corner it looks like an old cooking chimney has been left behind? The breakfast was ok but could not get a fried egg. The waitresses had jeans on and looked unkempt. We decided to stay in hotel for dinner but menu not great. When food came out it seemed to be just frozen deep fried junk food? I felt it was more a back packers hostel and sorry for the review but I would not want to go back there to stay. It really needs upgrading.
