“Good location, great value for money.”
Rooms in the new extension are fabulous. Those in the old building less so (I’d give it a 3star). Comfortable beds, really good shower and useful kitchenette with microwave. Rooms in the new extension are fabulous. Those in the old building less so (I’d give it a 3star). Comfortable beds, really good shower and useful kitchenette with microwave. Plates cups glasses cutlery etc. Good breakfast buffet, laundry on site, staff very helpful. Close-ish to Westfield Centre and shopping area. Parking a little crowded and work going on a little noisy at the moment.

“Nice breakfast room”
Here with my family and friends. Forgot to take photos in our room but it’s looking pretty new with nice furnitures. Might just be me but the air conditioner is surprisingly quiet in operation. Here with my family and friends. Forgot to take photos in our room but it’s looking pretty new with nice furnitures. Might just be me but the air conditioner is surprisingly quiet in operation. Loves the cute little plants on their table in the breakfast room. The tables are clean and there’s a plant on almost every table, lol. It was pretty cold outside that day but the rooms are nice and warm.

“Our least enjoyable stay in Auckland”
There was a mix up about disabled access after the 3 room being shown to us with a walk in shower but a very small room , a third of the room was the bathroom and wheelchair access was to only one side of the bed and only one of the two door were accusable. There was a mix up about disabled access after the 3 room being shown to us with a walk in shower but a very small room , a third of the room was the bathroom and wheelchair access was to only one side of the bed and only one of the two door were accusable. The staff the least helpful of all our trip. Trying to get directions to no avail.

“Clean, small bathroom, they take photos of your id on their phone.”
The rooms are clean and ok for the price. The bathroom is extremely small and hard to navigate for the average person due to room. What we were concerned about was the lady behind the front seat who took a photo of our credit card and drivers licence on her phone for ‘id reasons’. Looked like her p… more
