“Wonderful Stay. Professional and Helpful Staff”
What a great hotel! I arrived very late and was very tired. The front desk was very friendly and courteous. She got me signed in right away and provided me with the keys to my room. What a great hotel! I arrived very late and was very tired. The front desk was very friendly and courteous. She got me signed in right away and provided me with the keys to my room. The room was modern, very clean and very spacious. Very comfortable and I had nothing but perfect sleeps at night. Greatly appreciated the breakfast buffet which had a great selection of items including dietary items. The evening happy hour in the club was beautiful and a wonderful add on. Perfect way to start the evening or just wind down after a long day of sight seeing. I would stay here again. No doubt.

The buffet breakfast was divine, to say the least, and the city views were outstanding. The pool was also nice and heated, and the staff were very quick into action when I had a blood nose. Centrally located and offers a really nice breakfast, the fresh fruit on offer was really nice. Sadly took about 20 mins to get poached eggs and coffee machine broke down a few times. The downside to hotel is that the staff do need more training, we had a few problems with room, phone didnt work, only 1 dressing gown, safe needed resetting. Staff didnt seem to grasp that these needed to be sorted. We had booked a club room, tbh I wouldn't bother again, same room as a Supererior with the only diff was snacks snd drinks in a short window. Would I stay here again, NO

I think there's probably better hotel options in Auckland for a comparable or lower price. Out of a 4 night stay, housekeeping staff forgot to clean room one day. When I called to request fresh towels, the housekeeper who I assume was responsible for my room and who delivered the towels seemed to have a grudge against me and conveyed a rude attitude about the situation. Location was convenient (15-20 minutes walks) to theater, shopping, harbors, and food options. Water pressure and hot water was good. Room was quite large. Room and amenities/decor are quite dated. Besides the housekeeping incident, the stay was average.
