“Very happy with our one-night stay”

We stayed a night here in early February 2025 prior to a cruise departing from Auckland. As we are from Wellington we wanted to be in Auckland the night before departure. Our wonderful travel agent found this hotel for us, as we needed to store our car for 22 days while we were on the cruise. The hotel is very well appointed and we were very happy with our room, a Superior King Room. Check-in was very quick and easy. We ordered room service dinner, as we couldn’t be bothered going out. I had a burger and fries, and hubby had fish and chips. Both very nice and delivered in good time. Regarding the vehicle storage. We left the key with reception on arrival (we didn’t need it again) and they gave us a ticket to produce when we wanted to pick up the car. The staff moved the car in due course to the secure storage area at the hotel. When we returned, they brought the car forward, close to reception, the night before our return. The car storage was, I thought, very reasonably priced. First 10 days are free (so long as you are staying at the hotel, obviously) and it’s $8/day thereafter. We were very happy with the staff at the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again if we need an airport hotel. Highly recommended. And a footnote: while waiting for our taxi the next morning to take us to the cruise ship, we met Jetson, the resident cat. He was asleep on the luggage trolleys at the entranceway, completely oblivious to all the comings and goings around him!!

“Helpful staff, good place for airport ”
Rang hotel on very late arrival at airport, they sent bus to pick us up. Very helpful friendly staff. Rooms were good size, great beds and had everything we needed, including fresh milk in the fridge. Rang hotel on very late arrival at airport, they sent bus to pick us up. Very helpful friendly staff. Rooms were good size, great beds and had everything we needed, including fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast is extra, but with a big selection of fresh cooked options, fruit and pastries , we thought it was good value. Staff again were really helpful and got the airport bus to drop us off at car hire place in morning as passed out in way to airport. Made our lives a lot easier.

“Outstanding in ways!”

Outstanding in all ways! We had a flight cancelled and Air New Zealand put us up in this hotel. Check in was efficient, friendly, and just easy! The room was absolutely superb. We couldn’t fault it. And the restaurant food was just amazing. We would actually consider going back there just to eat at the restaurant! There were so many options on the menu that we need to go back and try the others that we didn’t have! Easy to get to with a free bus shuttle from the airport as well.

Great hotel near the Auckland Airport. Check-in and out were easy. Very clean room. Great shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was great. Very glad we stayed here. We would stay here again. Transportation to/from airport. Highly recommend.

Since I ended up using it multiple times during my stay, I can attest to how great it was to have easy access to their free airport shuttle. Since I ended up using it multiple times during my stay, I can attest to how great it was to have easy access to their free airport shuttle. Yes, there is a bit of a walk to and from the terminal, but isn’t that true at most major airports? Both their drivers and staff were pleasant and helpful. Our compact room was cozy and comfortable. The only minor complaint was the oddly high placement of the towel rod and back of the door hook.
