“Oslo visit”
excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were very impressed by Scandic overall philosophy. Rooms were well designed. Great value for the money. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Good customer care. Breakfast was outstanding too .

“Not What I Expected”
Good location and great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Those were the good points of my stay. The room was large and was a disabled persons room. The two folding handles on the side of the toilet bowl were a hindrance and only one would stay upright when I sat on the toilet. There was a hin… more
Good location and great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Those were the good points of my stay. The room was large and was a disabled persons room. The two folding handles on the side of the toilet bowl were a hindrance and only one would stay upright when I sat on the toilet. There was a hinged shower screen that would not stay in place and as a result when I showered the water went everywhere. Cold wooden floor, no carpet and the room was cold as it took the heating set to a maximum of 23 degrees Celsius ages to warm up. A small duvet that left me uncovered during the night and why no electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room?The 12 March had a snowfall and my room was cold there was an spare electric heater in the room but a cup of hot tea or coffee would have been most welcomed. All in all not what I expected of a 4* hotel
