“Truly luxurious!”
My cousin and I spent 5 nights at Al Bustan Palace for her 30th birthday and my goodness, we were in for a treat! My cousin and I spent 5 nights at Al Bustan Palace for her 30th birthday and my goodness, we were in for a treat! Whilst quite steep in price, the hotel is truly a palace and worth it; the lobby, the mountain view, the beaches, infinity pool and gardens are truly heavenly. Aside from some slight hiccups with our bathroom sink's drain stopper somehow managing to close everyday (which was promptly sorted by the housekeeping team!), our rooms were incredibly comfortable; both my cousin and I said the beds and pillows were the softest in any hotel we've ever stayed in. The hotel was incredibly clean and luxurious to stay in. The service and staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond. Prior to our hotel stay, I had requested a special something for my cousin for her 30th birthday, and we found the room full of balloons and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for her. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly accommodating for late check-outs as my cousin was not feeling well towards the end of our trip. The Ladies Beach and Ladies Beach Bar Club were absolutely incredible; there's a lovely team at the beach bar (Junu and co.) who were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. My cousin became ill towards the end of our trip (flu season, sadly!) and the beach club team were incredibly kind and brought her hot drinks (ginger teas, peppermint teas) etc. and were just ever so kind and lovely to chat to. Neither of us wanted to leave and we will definitely be going back in the future! Thank you Al Bustan Palace team! We truly felt at home and both of us felt that this was our favourite holiday and trip ever.

“Amazing stay!!”
This hotel was one of the best stays at a Bonvoy property. Everything is excellent. They have a great local tea experience and high tea buffet. The suites are amazingly planned and overlook the beach. The spa area is well equipped and we had a great spa treatment.

“The Royal Al Bustan Palace - a dream holiday”
The most beautiful property. The view of the beach, lush gardens and mystical mountains is breathtaking. The service is outstanding. The entrance to the hotel is so grand. Special. The new years gala dinner was brilliant. The most lavish buffet spread and entertainment. Highly recommend wow!
