I've been in the best hotels in the world and this one is really nice. Rooms are nice, business center, swimming pool... But what I really loved was the staff, they were extremely carefull with me after a surgery I did. A special thanks to Franscisco the door man, a gentleman and angel all the time, Ines, she has been so kind and always available. Bruno at the reception who gave me a beautiful room and always smiling, Pedro the manager at the breakfast, i didn't had to ask what i wanted to eat him and his amazing team Leonor, Abbie, Vitoria, Akyo, Wesley... They already knew. Fatma the operator was always nice and fast. The only thing they could improve to be perfect, would be to have a largest room service menu. The rest is perfect. No noise, no slamming doors. Book this hotel if you go to Lisbon.

We recently hosted a professional meeting at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon from February 28 – March 4, 2025, and had an outstanding experience. The hotel provided an ideal setting for our event, with well-equipped meeting spaces, lovely rooms, attentive staff, and excellent amenities. The conference rooms were spacious, modern, and outfitted with everything we needed for seamless presentations and discussions. The catering was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious meals that accommodated different dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, assisting with logistics and providing excellent service throughout our stay. Beyond the meeting facilities, the guest rooms were lovely—beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a relaxing stay after long conference days. The hotel's central location also made it easy for attendees to explore Lisbon. We highly recommend the Altis Grand Hotels and appreciate the exceptional hospitality we received.

“Amazing stay”

My wife took me away for my birthday, we have never visited Lisbon before. The Altis hotel was specifically recommended to us and the hotel didn’t disappoint. They treated us as if we were the only people staying. Nothing was too much. The guest service team were amazing

Just returned from 5-night stay at Altis Grand Hotel. I cannot praise this hotel enough. We choose Lisbon and Altis Grand Hotel to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and both did not disappoint. The Staff at this hotel were efficient, friendly, and professional. The guest services were excellent in arranging some of the 60th plans I had arranged prior to arrival. Efficient responses and always helpful and accommodating. The hotel was in a convenient location, elegant, welcoming and a pleasure to stay at. We dinned at the Grill D. Fernando Restaurant on Valentines Day and my Husbands 60th Birthday. The food and service were 5* excellent choice to spend both special occasions. We also dinned at the Rendez Vous Bistro which again was a lovely restaurant with the same high standard of food and service. All the staff at this hotel are excellent from when you arrive and greeted by the doormen, front desk, guest services, dinning team you cannot praise them enough. The professionalism starts at the top and filters through all departments of this hotel. Artur and his team ensure everyone is looked after nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in many different countries and whilst many have been friendly and accommodating, they have not delivered on the 5* standard that we received at Altis. A lot of people see a hotel as a base when travelling somewhere to sleep and shower but for us it’s more than that it’s part of the experience and Altis Grand delivered on every level. We both loved Lisbon and did not get to see all the sights within the 5 days so plan to return later this year and will stay at Altis Grand.
