Visited on Sunday 25th Nov for sister's birthday treat. EXCEPTIONAL hotel, first class service from start to finish, Excellence all round, top class for cleanliness, polite and respectful staff. Great room, super comfy bed and pillows to sink in. AMAZING dining experience. Spa area is small probably holds 5 people but the pool and the powerful jets more than make up for the experience. I would highly recommend. Definately an hidden gem in the heart of Bucharest.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the beautiful Prestige Hotel during mid-October 2024. This hotel is a true gem hidden away in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from Old Town and the Palace of Parliament building...with beautiful furnishings, large rooms and a simply SUPERB STAFF. The breakfast was EXCELLENT, with Catalon and Doina providing exquisite service. There's even a nice grocery store a five minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! THE BEST!!

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are big and the hotel pays attention to details. The food is great and the spa is fantastic too. The hotel is not far from the old town and is tucked away down a quiet street. Walking distance from a famous park and the parliamentary building it is in the perfect location if you like to walk around and see the landmarks. We stayed over the weekend and the staff greeted us very warmly. A special shout out to Andrei and Charith who made us feel very welcome. The gentleman who welcomed us got us complimentary sparkling wine, which was really good, and the man who held our luggage for us. Thank you all! If I come back to Romania I will be staying here again.

A real hidden gem. Excellent value for money. Suites are spacious and everything is taken care of, great additional touches like a fire stick for the TV you can request. Food was fantastic, dinner menu is fine dining, bar and room service menus also high quality. The spa is fantastic, small but was never busy during our time. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Can’t fault anything!
