“Nice hotel in the old part of the city”
The hotel is located in the old part of the city, a few tram stops from the Sennaya Ploschad metro station. I had a Delux room with a double bed. The hotel is located in the old part of the city, a few tram stops from the Sennaya Ploschad metro station. I had a Delux room with a double bed. The room also had an armchair and a work area with a TV. Every day they brought a tea set - two bags of black and green tea, and two bags of coffee. There is an electric kettle. Two bottles of water were changed daily. Breakfast is sufficient - scrambled eggs, egg porridge, bacon, porridge. Delicious slicing of trout, herring, boiled pork, cheese. Every day there were sliced fruits - oranges and grapefruits. The room has a board and iron for self-ironing. From the hotel every 1-2 hours there is a shuttle bus to the metro and St. Isaac's Square. Excellent value for money and quality. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on tables, masked employees. From the moment I was greeted by front door staff till the moment I left I felt like a valued guest. It was like I was staying at a good friends home. The front check in staff were extremely accommodating, super friendly, and very helpful. They always made a point to say hi as I walked by. The room was totally comfortable, clean and quiet...and the dark out blinds were great; allowed me to sleep in after a long night on the town. The restaurant staff were awesome; very eager to help, super attentive, and friendly. Kristina was extremely nice, beyond service oriented, made people feel welcomed and went out of her way to create an enjoyable experience. The food was great, the restaurant was super clean, and there were always plenty of tables available. I cannot express enough how happy I was with my stay. I totally recommend this hotel.

I have been travelling a lot for work around the globe for the last 20 years so I have my benchmarks, believe me. I only booked this hotel because I was presenting at a conference which was held here, and wanted to have my base in the same hotel. So my expectation level was pretty low. I was absolutely astonished by the level of friendliness and helpfulness of staff, from reception to the waiters in the restaurant. Absolute top. Rooms were clean, new, efficient, had everything one needs (apart from bathrobes which was never delivered despite request!) and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

I was skeptical before booking courtyard as being a business hotel. but i was not disappointed as this turned out to be a well appointed hotel with all amenities. the rooms are of decent size and offer a pleasant sleep. the location of hotel is also good. the staff is very helpful and has good command in language. the breakfast has also been lavish unlike many business properties. overall a lovely experience!
