“David & Sankary, an example of what genuine hospitality means.”

This morning, I attended a business breakfast meeting at Aloft Novena with one of your in-house guests. Arriving early, I headed to the restaurant and was warmly greeted by two incredibly friendly and cheerful staff members, David and Sankary. After informing them of my business contact's room number, I mentioned that I preferred to wait outside before having breakfast, but I needed my morning cup of coffee. David promptly offered me a cup and encouraged me to enjoy it while waiting. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional and rare these days. As the restaurant prepared for lunch service and was closing, Sankary professionally informed us that we could continue our meeting at the lounge outside and even suggested we take our coffee along. The seamless transition, smooth service, and relaxed elegance displayed by the staff surpassed that of many five-star hotels. Thank you, David and Sankary, for your outstanding service. I am genuinely impressed with your professionalism and warmth.

“Nice wedding venue ”
Very good services by Owen, Nicholas Leong and the team for our wedding function. We enjoy it very much. Our guests all feel comfortable. Food and service is top notch. Thumbs up to the team. Very well organized. Hotel ambience is very good and comfortable.

“Great experience”
Great attentive staff, delicious food!!!!! We were very well taken care of by the staff at the conference. The rooms are sound proof so there is little disturbance. Quality of the rooms are fantastic. Kudos to the whole team for handling a large conference

“Newfield Certification Training”
May Tan, Nicholas, Izwan, Nash, Fung. The setup, turnaround of the rooms, the responsiveness to requests are top notch. Attitudes of the service crew are positive and attentive. Also, pre event, the willingness to collaborate in meeting the requirements for the training. Very much appreciated.
