“I loved the charm and location that Ascott offers.”
I was impressed before I even walked in the front doors. The entrance is spectacular from outside. I was greeted kerbside by hotel staff who took our bags then escorted me to reception. I was impressed before I even walked in the front doors. The entrance is spectacular from outside. I was greeted kerbside by hotel staff who took our bags then escorted me to reception. The foyer inside is Super impressive. The hotel staff are fabulous. Our suite was everything we could have asked for and then some more. It had everything. The hotel is 37 steps to the Raffles Place MRT. Yes, I stepped it out. A short stroll to everything Marina Bay & Downtown has to offer. This hotel could not be better located. Absolutely loved our stay there.

“Staycation”
Nice location, clean, walkable to eateries. Staffs were friendly. Easy walk to the esplanade. Will definately book this hotel. Only con is that there's no carpark in this hotel and parking can be expensive for those who are driving. Mrt station just opposite though.

Nice place beautiful environment..can spend time with family friends solo business or loved ones.. food very tasty and delicious.. good customer service.. staff very friendly and respectful..price very reasonable.. really damn nice

Stayed 1 night here. Room is spacious. Check-in took quite some time. Basic amenities were in. Bed is comfy. Lights too dim for the room. Front desk service staff quite friendly. Only no carpark on-site. Would be good to have. Overall, a good stay.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ascott Raffles Place Singapore, and the hotel was not as nice as I remember it to be. The rooms are very spacious with lots of room to hang clothes and store suitcases. The bathroom is also very large with a huge shower space. However, the hotel room was looking a little worse for wear. The wooden panel covering the fridge had broken off so I just had an exposed internal fridge door. The dishwasher didn't even open and was jammed stuck. The kitchen did include a water filter that could produce water at varying temperatures. It made making a cup of tea very easy. The lounge room on level 19 is a nice relaxing space to get a coffee or cup of tea. The pool was unfortunately closed the entire time I stayed at the hotel. The notice at the front of the hotel suggested pool maintenance would be completed by my second day at the hotel, but the closure was extended so I never got to use the pool. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is very close to a MTR station. However, it is located where office buildings are located. This makes this hotel a bad choice during a long weekend when everything nearby is closed on the public holiday.
