We had a seamless experience while we stayed in this hotel for 4 days in Singapore. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop just adjacent to the hotel. The front office executives (Alan, Aaron, Natalia) were very helpful and understanding. The room which I booked was very small and they have upgraded to a family room with bunk beds as I was traveling with my young kids. Had faced some challenges in using fridge, kettle and the staff was very prompt in helping me with resolving the issues. The front office executives greeted with a warm smile every day while moving in and moving out and were always a call away for any support related to trips, commutation and grocery store availability etc., For a family with young kids, I would highly recommend their Family bunk bed room in Fragrance Baleister hotel.

Great service and facilities! We checked in and Natalia greeted us with a warm welcome. We stayed here for 4 days and the room was affordable but clean. She lent us board/card games and umbrella when rain was heavily pouring I forgot my shoes and slippers at the hotel and I only remembered it while i was already at the airport. I called the hotel and Natalia answered and she was very eager to help me so I just booked grab express delivery she handed my left items to the rider and just received them at the airport now 😅😅. Will stay again. This budget hotel’s staff are so polite most budget hotels along balestier are always grumpy.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. We took a room for 2 with a queen size bed, free wifi, TV, T&B with hot and cold shower. They provided us with complimentary water and fresh towels daily. The room we got has hairdryer, hanger for clothes and 3 electrical outlet. Don't forget to bring an socket adapter and you can bring extension cords if you have many electrical devices/gadgets to charge. They have tables, chairs and a vending machine outside the lobby for guests to use. The location of the hotel also is very easy to find and very accessible to bus stops. There are convenient stores, cafe and hawker place nearby. The only thing that bothers us is we can hear the drainage from the bathroom upstairs. Don't expect to have a very spacious room and they don't have a safety deposit box inside the room. Overall, we love our stay. Thank you!

Accommodating staff and very friendly, I would recommend this place to my families and friends. The staff help me alot specially in providing me the right direction and details for my travel outside the hotel. Very satisfied customer
