Such an outstanding staff , starting from all the employees at there front desk professional checked in by Wilson -6 days later checked out by William ( Great job Guys ) . The outstanding food service, Yes my wife & I were treated with 5 star hospitality. Actually a brand new bus stop is being constructed on GEYLANG Street at 20 Lorong , which is closer to hotel .Just another reason for a pleasant stay at Hotel 81 GEYLANG . It was nice staying at this hotel.and i recommend it for those who want to travel in singapore you must stay at this hotel.the reciptionist is polite and they will help you if ypu dont know something here in singapore.

I had to make this trip and was not looking forward to it. I had a pleasant surprise with this Hotel. All the usual, very clean, quite a good location with an abundance of good eating places and every kind of shopping. MRT, ATM, laundry close by. The real bonus is the staff, I'm getting on a bit and not too hot on line. The front office people, Wilson and William Lew went out of their way to help with internet booking issues that I was having, my flight, E mails, etc. Just got to mention Le Canh Loc the cleaner. He is very concerned with guests needs, make up the room supply water, coffee, tea, etc. So a big thank you to everyone at Hotel 81 Geylang. I will not hesitate to stay here again, will recommend to anyone.
