“very good”
very good at a cheap price clean with wifi and air conditioning. the reception people were very friendly and good at their work, the cleaners did excellent job. we are a couple and the bed is very comfortable. the location is close to the metro station about 10 mins walking

“FAMILY TRIP”
Reception Staff very nice and smile..everything so good..near with MRT Al-Junied..easier to go anyway with MRT...and their give gift for my kids..Room quick small but it ok for us because not longer in room..The hotel cheapest than other..TQ HOTEL LUCKY 81...

There is only one (1) electrical socket inside the room, which is a little inconvenient if you brought lots of gadgets. The bathroom is neat and clean, but only a little space provided for shower. But overall, this is a good option if you’re in a tight budget as it’s close to bus and train stations… more

I arrived to the hotel and was greeted by two friendly staff members who checked me in with ease, I got to my room and the AC was already on so it was nice and cool, After returning from exploring Singapore I wanted to have a shower but there was no hot water.. I decided to forgo the shower and just to sleep. The ac was very cold despite turning it off half way through the night and the beds only had sheets and no blankets. (Although I never rang and asked for any) In the morning I went to have a shower and was greeted with no hot water once again. I rang the front desk and they advised me there had been a lot of check outs and to wait 20 mins which I did. Still no hot water. The rooms were sufficient but dated, the worst part was the bathroom.. the grout was cracked and black and it had no shower glass or curtain so water would go everywhere if not careful.
