“Outstanding Service!”

The facilities were fantastic, clean, and well-maintained. A special mention goes to Carol, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and prompt assistance truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Hi, I would like to recognize miss Carole and Jalil for they did a wonderful job. They assisted us very well especially upon checking in. They gave us clear instructions. They gave us water and food as well. They are very accommodating and kind staff.

GOOD POINTS *The location is great for exploring the Joo Chiat area and is within a 10-minute walk of two metro stations serving three lines. *Luggage storage is offered free of charge, but note that it's just on a trolley in the lobby and only secured with elastic ties that are easy to undo - which I found out when we came to collect our bags to head to the airport and there was no one on the front desk, so I had to undo them myself. *Late check-out (1.00 pm) was provided free of charge, which was very handy as we had almost 12 hours to kill before our onward flight to Europe at midnight. *The bottled water in the room was appreciated (although we suspect it was just tap water, whatever the label said). BAD POINTS *I'd booked a premium double room with window, but we got an inside twin room with no window. Since we'd arrived after 1.00 am after about 18 hours of travelling we couldn't be bothered arguing the point, but still - it wasn't what we'd booked. The room was quite pokey. *One of the beds in the twin room was pushed to the side to separate it from the other, which meant it was right under the air conditioner and the cold air blew down onto it. (Turning the air conditioning off wasn't an option, given it was so hot. We tried to adjust the temperature, but that didn't seem to do anything.) *The beds were incredibly firm by the standards we're used to and didn't make for a very comfortable night's sleep. *The toilet in the bathroom was so close to the wall beside it that we had to sit slightly sideways on it. There was also no toilet paper - just a box of tissues on the bathroom bench above. *The combined bath/shower only had a half-screen, so water sprayed out onto the bathroom floor. But there were also leaks, adding to the wetness.
