“M Hotel stay”
Had a wonderful 2 nights in M Hotel, which is situated pretty close to the major attractions and airport. Ruben in reception is very helpful and answered all questions and always with a smile, which in turn made us smile more. Well done for having a great employee working for you.

Some people were born to be kind and helpful to other people That superbly describes Ruben, an outstanding concierge at M Hotel Singapore. We arrived after 24 hours of travel from Toronto to Singapore with no luggage and leaving on a Celebrity cruise the next day. We explained to Ruben that we had completed a form at the airport to have our luggage lost by Turkish Airways retrieved and sent to the hotel when found. Ruben helped immensely by alerting fellow concierges of our plight and other employees to act with speed and care if the luggage arrived before our ship embarked. He even phoned the airport to obtain information and details of their attempts to 9:30 pm the night before we sailed. With Ruben’s dedicated attention to the task, the start to our upcoming adventure would have been a disaster. Thank you Ruben, our new best friend in Singapore!

“Great service”
Hazimah and Atiqah at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel at home. They held our luggage for us before we checked in so we could take a day trip to Johor. They checked us in quickly and efficiently. They helped us with smaller things like laundry tokens.
