“Great experience!”
Had a great movement yoga session with Adeline! Would definatey come back and recommend booking for travellers. It’a a great way to see the MBS building at sunrise and without the crowds. The yoga was really good and more about how you move more than very athletic. Perfect for everyone.

I went to Marina Bay Sands early in the morning for a Sound Meditation session--absolutely gorgeous way to set a wonderful mood for the whole day. I found the experience to be one of simple pleasure and relaxation. It allowed me to shift my awareness from the outside world around me into great subtler textures within: calmness, quiet stillness deep inside myself. The instruments used were handled with such sensitivity and purpose. It wasn’t just an auditory experience, it was something you could feel. The sounds led me right down into a Deep meditative state that felt both grounded and wide open. If you are in Singapore and you want to experience an ancient teaching of the heart, then I can't speak highly enough about it. A beautiful offering for whomever seeks inward stillness or wants to connect themselves back with the world.

I just had the most life altering mediation and sound bath experience on the sky deck led by Karu and Bala. The experience, intuition, and skill that these lovely people shared with us was unparalleled. Having done a few sound baths in my time, nothing has compared to this. I felt like I was going on an inner journey of self love and awareness. Vibrational sound touches your heart and soul in ways that are hard both hard to describe and hard to replicate in everyday life. I came out reminded that we are all so truly blessed to be living this life, in this moment. The universe conspires for our well being. Thank you for the reminder. And thank you Marina Bay Sands for facilitating such a unique and special experience.
