“Service good and friendly”
Hotel very quiet reception is very friendly warm welcome and help me to guide destinations in city and travel place . Hotel near havelock mrt. Hotel downstairs have restaurants. Hotel clean and no expensive suitable from family room is very big for 3 person

“Great Location”
This hotel has a good location as its close to Tiong Bahru local market, restaurants, 7/11 store, and MRT ( Outtran park/ Tiong Bahru stations) Room services are every two days, not every day as we expected.

I booked this as it showed up as one of the Emirates Skywards Miles' hotels. I must admit, having stayed there, I'm surprised that it is ... The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was good - the 2 reasons I gave it 3/5. The place is definitely in need of an upgrade - heavily stained carpets… more
I booked this as it showed up as one of the Emirates Skywards Miles' hotels. I must admit, having stayed there, I'm surprised that it is ... The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was good - the 2 reasons I gave it 3/5. The place is definitely in need of an upgrade - heavily stained carpets, etc. I didn't bother using the safe, given that I could have picked the whole thing up and walked out with it. The room was cleaned every 3 days, which isn't an issue as far as I'm concerned, but it would have been good to have had the bottled water replaced every day. There's a kettle and 3-in-1 packet coffee sachets supplied, which is possibly okay - unless you drink black coffee! If there's a bar there, it was very cleverly disguised. It IS close to the MRT which was very handy, and there's at least one good restaurant nearby.
