“I would be there now but ...”
If not for news of closure and covid 19 I would be there now. If not for news of closure and covid 19 I would be there now. I have stayed with you for a number of years in both June and November and always had a good stay zI want to specifically recommend Ms Kumi who was always a brilliant representative of your hotel .... she was more like a friend rather than a hotel employee. I do hope she and your other front of house staff are able to move on after the closure. I am hoping to continue my visits and am booked at the Swisshotel across the river in November Hopefully I will be able to travel by then. All the very best to all... “Excellent Service”
The service is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of food is excellent and staff are happy to amend meals to suit ones dietary requirements. he hotel is also conveniently located next to restaurants and a shopping mall.

Due to the imminent closure of my favourite Singapore Hotel, the Novotel at Clarke Quay, I made the effort to stay there one last time. I will very much miss the wonderful staff there and of particular mention is Ms. Kumi Kanan, the Accor Representative who is exceptionally efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. Also of mention are Sayed and Patricia (diningroom). It is a real loss to we frequent travellers to Singapore. The location is the best, the views extraordinary, great food, large comfortable rooms and exceptional staff.

“review of stay”
overall the experience is good, everything going fine and the staff are profession, just the check-in staff a bite rush. hotel was quite and near the river side which is very nice a both trip was offered by free which is a surprise to me
