“Good experience, Good food”

Very pleasant experience. Came here for birthday celebration. Food was nice and service was good by Yvonne apple and kelvin. The Peking duck and soup was very delicious. The ambience was very good too, overseeing the hotel lobby Will definitely come again.

Good service and ambience. I am a regular customer and their food is delicious. I loved their tofu dishes and the roast duck. The appetizers are good too. I also like the fish bone soup. One of the best that I have tried. It is not fishy and it’s nice to drink during a rainy day.

Very nice hotel. The staff and service exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff, food and beverages were delicious. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, the garden is a tribute to Kyoto and having just come from there it was very fun to walk through, plus the fish is on par with any restaurant we ate at in Japan. Room service was pretty great, the fish and chips were a surprise with how good they were. We spent an evening out walking around trying to find a good bar and just kept failing so decided to go see if anything at our hotel was still open after 11pm. We ended up at PLUME and received such a warm welcome, they were actually excited to see us come in, and we weren’t the only ones there, they are just that friendly. It was a much needed change of energy to end the night for sure. The same night we had some crazy stomping happening in the suite above us, we called down and the problem was solved immediately. On check out we were greeted by the manager who arranged complimentary transportation to the airport for us to make up for the late night noise. I have never been somewhere that not only immediately solved the problem, but then went above and beyond to make sure we felt extra taken care of. I would absolutely stay there again. Do be aware that it is a family friendly hotel so don’t expect to visit the pool and not have to listen to screaming children with parents that don’t even attempt to quiet them… it is what it is. I would still go back recommend it.

We had booked dinner at the Edge on 15 March for my niece's 21st birthday dinner. The buffet spread was truly amazing & it's value for money but for us what impressed us qas the service. From the time we arrived & shown to our table, we received excellent & very professional service from Shasha & Rose. Shasha was very attentive, informative & super friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed from cutlery, to constantly refilling the drinking water, clearing our plates & reminding us to try as all the different cuisines. Rose was very friendly, welcoming & made us feel very comfortable to dine there. Both Shasha & Rose are valuable assets to the restaurant, they make a huge difference to the dinning experience & we'll definitely return because of them. Management please take note of their good work & support them. Thank you Shasha & Rose, keep up the great work ladies....
