“Highly recommended for family stay”
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Will definitely come back. Our two young children fell in love with the friendly team staff at level 65, thank you Rhea for your kind assistance! The room service team did such a great job, we love the rose bear and elephant :)

It has been a wonderful 2 nights stay at Swissotel. We started off in an Executive Room and continued another night at the Marina Suite. I thought twice if i should let everyone in on the secret, i decided we should be generous on love. What's special about the Marina Suite? There are only 2 of such room type in the entire hotel! We were so lucky we managed to get in on 1 night. The view is amazing and the broad space means everyone get their own reading corner, the TOTO toilet, the right shower pressure (the type that hits the right spot on your shoulders and head), a deep bath tub, a big fridge (yes you read that right), and a sink, makes it a very liveable space for couples or small families (2 adult, 1 child). As its a suite, lounge access is included (say hello to evening drinks and bites). Location wise, its right above Raffles City Shopping, and near the hotel, below it, its the Cityhall MRT station. Super convenient to get around on public transport and you'll never feel hungry with the array of food options. There's a supermarket just below the hotel as well if you need to run some errands. I'm very thankful to the housekeeping team. I have allergies and bought a bottle of Dettol Spray for their help to freshen the room before we enter, and they did so willingly, and everyone is super helpful. To all the staff at Level 65, thank you for your warmth, it has been a beautiful experience visiting the lounge. Till the next stay and visit!

Very well assisted in the checkin process and clearly informed of all hotel facilities. The rooms are excellent, luxurious and elegant. I really like this hotel with a great view. The complimentary cake as informed in the email was very good compared to fairmont sg. I highly recommend this hotel over the fairmont because in terms of facilities they share and there is no significant difference. Even the rooms are much better and the service at this hotel is very good compared to the fairmont. The location is very good and even the concierge was very polite to greet us and chat with us during his busy schedule which is very rare in SIN. Unfortunately there was a disturbing noise coming from under the lobby at night that caused me to wake up and have trouble sleeping. And the noise came into the room quite loudly when cleaning the glass roof in the lobby with a truck at dawn.
